Pro-Palestinian Protest Prompts CSULA to Shelter in Place


 

Los Angeles, CA - June 13, 2024

California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA) was placed under a shelter-in-place order on Tuesday afternoon as a precautionary measure following a pro-Palestinian protest on campus. The demonstration, which began peacefully, escalated when a small group of protesters occupied the first floor of the university's student union building.
